Millcreek Township sees no changes in Residential recycling with Advance Disposal

Millcreek Township residents should continue to follow Single-Stream procedures making recycling easier for curbside collection with Advanced Disposal. Single-Stream refers to a system in which all recyclables are mixed together into one bin and placed at the curbside. Advanced Disposal will send all mixed recycling to be further processed and sorted at a Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Buffalo, New York.

Millcreek Township's residential recycling program is always evolving.  If any recyclable item were to become an unacceptable material due to the market demands, the Millcreek Township Recycling Department will notify residents through the Millcreek website, In Millcreek Magazine, Millcreek Government Channel, and yearly calendar.  For up-to-date information on residential recycling in Millcreek Township, please visit
