NO ON-STREET PARKING DURING ANY SNOW EVENT FROM NOVEMBER 15th – APRIL 15th

W1429

Help us make a difference this winter by making our roadways SAFE! The Street’s Department’s number one goal is keeping roadways clear to allow any emergency vehicles (police, ambulance, and fire departments) access to and from your residence! Millcreek Township Code 40-21 prohibits anyone from leaving any vehicle on the street during winter snow removal. Vehicles left in the road after being given notification will be towed at the owners’ expense. According to Code 40-26, the Township is not liable for damage to unlawfully parked or standing vehicles. These regulations help the snowplow operators do a more efficient job, while helping to ensure all our residents are safe!
