In accordance with the Final Rule for revised program regulations, 24 CFR, Parts 91, et. al. and the adopted Millcreek Township Citizen Participation Plan, the Township intends to conduct a minimum of two (2) public hearings regarding its CDBG program - - the first hearing to obtain information related to housing and community development needs and the second to obtain comments on proposed activities to address these needs with FY 2021 funding.
The first of these hearings is scheduled for Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 9:00 AM in the Assembly Room of the Millcreek Township municipal building located at 3608 West 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506. The facility is handicapped accessible. Due to COVID, a mask will be required for anyone entering the building and social distancing will be maintained. Those unable to attend but who would like to comment may do so by writing to the Erie County Department of Planning, 150 East Front Street, Suite 300, Erie, PA 16507 or email@example.com. Comments will be accepted until the day of the hearing.
