Millcreek Township Open-Records

By Resolution No. 2008-R-46 adopted on December 23, 2008, Millcreek Township’s Board of Supervisors designated these individuals to serve as Open-Records officers as required by the Right to Know Law.

The Right to Know Law requires prompt responses to requests for access to pubic records. Requests for access must identify the recipient as Open-Records Officer so that he or she can know the nature of the communication.
