MILLCREEK ANNOUNCES SPRING LEAF PICKUP WEEK

Millcreek, P.A – Millcreek Township residents can set out leaves for collection this coming week, May 8 – 12, during their regularly scheduled trash collection day. Residents must bag leaves with clear or transparent bags. These can be obtained from Millcreek Township directly or any retailer of choice.
A third Waste Management truck will collect leaves separately from the trash and recycling pickups. Please note that bags containing sticks and grass clippings will not be collected with the leaves.
“We’re excited to offer residents multiple opportunities for spring cleaning” said Community Relations and Sustainability Director, Jessica Stutzman.
Other opportunities for spring cleaning include the Millfair Special Collection event on May 20, Waste Management’s At-Your-Door program and their Bulky Items Collection program.
