
NOTICE OF FINAL PUBLIC HEARING AND DISPLAY OF PROPOSED FIVE-YEAR CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND FY 2023 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR MILLCREEK TOWNSHIP, PA
Notice is hereby given by Millcreek Township that a proposed Five-Year Consolidated Plan for FY 2023-2027 (July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2027) and FY 2023 Annual Action Plan have been prepared, and the Township intends to apply for $238,033 in FY 2023 federal Community Development Block Grant funds. In accordance with the federal regulations at 24 CFR, Part 91, Millcreek Township is required to prepare and submit a Five-Year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Township’s housing and community development programs.
Notice of Display of Plans
In order to obtain the views of the citizens, public agencies and other interested parties, Millcreek Township will place its proposed Five-Year Consolidated Plan and 2023 Annual Action Plan on public display for 30 days (from May 18 to June 18, 2023) in the following locations during normal operational hours.
1. Millcreek Township Municipal Building, 3608 West 26th Street, Room 203 – Administrative Offices, Erie, PA 16506
2. Erie County Department of Planning, 150 East Front Street, Suite 300, Erie, PA 16507
