SEPTEMBER 11-15 IS BRUSH COLLECTION WEEK IN MILLCREEK

MILLCREEK, PA – Brush collection week in Millcreek Township will be Sep., 11-15. Tree trimmings and sticks must be tied and bundled into four foot. sections and placed curbside on the standard collection day. A third Waste Management truck will be around for the collection.
“We’re happy to offer the whole Millcreek community the opportunity to care for their yards as we end summer,” said Community Relations and Sustainability Director, Jessica Stutzman.
As a reminder to residents, brush can always be dropped off at the Millfair Compost Center. Accepted items are brush, leaf waste, non-food garden residue, shrubbery and tree trimmings. Costs to drop-off are free for Millcreek, Fairview and West County residents. However, a permit must be obtained by visiting the Millcreek Township Municipal Building at 3608 West 26th Street, Erie PA, 16506.
